RainStudio
Content and product development
Content creation, merchandise design and the commercial development of IP.
RealRain is an IP commercialisation platform built for open creation. We publish through consumer goods: characters and works are licensed, developed and produced into things people can buy, on one distribution network shared by rights holders, creators and consumers.
How IP gets published
A publisher prints a work as a book. RealRain publishes IP as products: within the scope of a licence, characters and works are developed into merchandise and branded goods, then manufactured and released to consumers.
Characters, worlds, works and assets are recorded together with what may be licensed and how revenue is shared.
RainOntology · RainHub
Content and products are developed from the canon and assets, inside the licence. Every derivative work is recorded.
RainStudio
Manufacturers join by category, process and delivery capacity, and fulfil through OEM runs or print on demand.
OEM · POD
Products are shown and released on RainFair. What consumers buy and tell us adjusts the direction of the next run.
RainFair
AI has widened what can be developed from an IP, and made the rights around it more tangled. Creators work with whatever tools and communities they choose; once a work goes commercial, scope of use, review responsibility and revenue rules are made explicit first.
